Ripoff and scam

This lip balm is overpriced and ineffective. Barely any color payoff, no lasting power, and no plumping or smoothing effect. Customer service is non responsive, returns are difficult and a refund is yet to be seen

Love this product. Really smooths out the lips. Keeps your lips very moist for the whole day. Doesn't taste great, but I over look that because it is so great.

Looks and feels beautiful. However, it is fragranced similarly to their face products and I can taste perfume while wearing it.

Don't love the color/think it is represented well on the chart

The actual lip gloss is amazing, love the application and the thickness level. I got a color that I thought was more mauve based on the description, but it definitely has some peachy undertones that don't jive well with my skin tone. Would love to try a different shade - but would want to see a test first due to what happened here.
