How it works
The Glytone Acne Clearing Cleanser utilizes salicylic acid to exfoliate the skin and assist in removing dead skin cells, helping to clear clogged pores. Glycolic acid exfoliates by gently removing the outermost layer of dead skin cells to reveal a fresher layer beneath. Sodium lauryl sulfate acts as a cleansing agent to remove dirt, oil, and impurities from the skin. Propylene glycol serves as a humectant, drawing moisture into the skin to maintain hydration. Lauramide DEA acts as a foam booster, enhancing the texture and spreadability of the cleanser. Chloroxylenol provides antiseptic properties to help reduce the presence of bacteria on the skin, while fragrance adds a pleasant scent to the product. Hydroxyethyl ethylcellulose is used as a thickening agent to ensure an optimal consistency for application.
