They say: This dual-action oil-to-foam cleanser makes double cleansing more convenient! It starts with a silky oil texture that removes heavy makeup. Once added with water, it transforms into a rich foamy lather that deeply cleanses skin without a taut after-feel. The cleanser is infused with ceramide NP and hyaluronic acid to protect skin’s moisture barrier. To use, dispense one pump onto dry skin and gently massage all over the face. Then, add water to foam up the cleanser for more thorough cleansing.
